The exterior is almost unmarked, there are very few stone chips even - the only mark is a very light , hardly noticable scuff to the rear bumper corner. The car has an AMG bodykit which was fitted from new, front and rear parking sensors and the incredibly rare OE Xenon lights.
The C43 has the original 17'' FORGED alloy wheels which are in immaculate totally unmarked condition. The wheels are staggered offset with 225mm front tyres and 245 rear tyres. The tyres are the correct Continental Sport Contacts which are brand new - I had them fitted last week at a cost of some £900!
The 4.3 litre engine is a monster producing over 300BHP yet still returning well over 26mpg - driven enthusiastically!
The engine has been run on Mobil 1 from new and at just 74k miles is hardly run in. The only fault these cars ever had was the exhaust manifolds cracking - I have just replaced the manifold ready for sale.
The interior is very well spec'ed with electric seats with pneumatic lumbar supports, climate controlled air conditioning, glass sunroof, Becker Infotainment radio CD, front and rear park distance control, cruise, speed control, traction control, non smoker package, bluetooth telephone handsfree and heated seats.
The car has had mercedes overmats fitted from new - the carpets are perfect, literally as new.
C43's can have some dubious colour schemes, this car was specified new by the MD of a firm of London Architects, (I am the second owner), and I am glad to say he chose one of the nicest interior combinations - it does not photograph well but the interior is black with dark metallic blue centres. The car has never been smoked in - its immaculate and like new.
What can I say? This car is without doubt the best all-round mode of transport I have ever owned, (we have personally owned it for nearly two years). Quick, very discreet and wonderful to drive. The chassis is a joy, the brakes confidence inspiring and the power....well, it can be summed up by a disgruntled Lotus 7 owner who apparently was attempting to keep up with me down some Cotswold 'B' roads, (I didn't even notice him!), after catching up at a set of lights demanded to know 'What the hell is that thing?'
Our C43 is in exceptional condition. It has a full and detailed service history, has near perfect bodywork as well as brand new tyres all round. I has not had a miriad of poor owners trying to run it on a budget - I am just the second owner and have looked after this car regardless of cost.
There is only one similar condition LHD C43 estate for sale in the whole of Europe which is being offered for sale in Germany at 14600 Euro, making our car exceptional value and one which I won't take a silly offer on!
